Zero Tolerance for Racism, Sexism, Bigotry, and Related Behaviors
As an esteemed member of True Trading Group, we want to take a moment to reinforce our stance on matters that have recently come to our attention.
It has come to our notice that there have been instances within our community as well as outside of our community on public forums directly relating to our community, such as TTG’s TrustPilot page, where certain behaviors have breached the boundaries of acceptable conduct. These instances took place on 5/15/2023 by 1 member and again on 5/16/2023 by 2 additional members. We want to be unequivocally clear on this matter: True Trading Group will not tolerate any form of racism, sexism, bigotry, or any other behavior that promotes discrimination or prejudice.
Our community is a diverse and vibrant collective of individuals from various backgrounds and experiences. We cherish this diversity and consider it one of our greatest strengths. Every member of True Trading Group, regardless of their financial investment, race, religion, sexual orientation, political views or tenure, must adhere to the highest standards of respect and inclusivity.
We want to remind you that True Trading Group has a zero-tolerance policy for any actions or comments that demonstrate racism, sexism, bigotry, or anything similar. We are committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all members. Any violations of this policy will result in the immediate removal and banning of the individual from our platform. No refunds will be granted in such cases.
We understand that errors in judgment can occur, but with regard to racism, sexism, bigotry, or anything similar it is imperative that we hold ourselves accountable for our actions and words. True Trading Group aims to foster an atmosphere that promotes learning, growth, and support. By adhering to our values, we can ensure that every member has an equal opportunity to thrive within our community.
