Important Update on Level 3 Data Access
Your current Level 3 access through TTG AI remains active until your existing expiration date. Nothing is being taken away early. The change is that we can no longer extend or create new Level 3 accounts going forward.
What Changed with Your Level-3 Data Subscription?
TTG will no longer offer NASDAQ Level 3 data. NASDAQ requires advance notice when discontinuing a contracted data product. As a result, TTG is not permitted to extend or create new Level 3 accounts. A small group of members who renewed within the last three weeks have Level 3 locked in through 12/31/2027. Beyond that date, renewals are not possible.
What stays the same Until Your Level 3 Expires
- You keep Level 3 access inside TTG AI until your personal expiration date.
- AI Charts remains fully available, but without the real-time Level 3 overlay.
- Any new TTG AI tools built with Level 3 will include a version you can use without Level 3 integration.

AI Charts is available to you. The real-time Level 3 overlay required a separate feed and is available only to members who extended through 12/31/2027.
What you still get
Unified charting, AI context, indicators, drawings, multi-chart layouts, and Learning Mode continue to work as expected, without Level 3 integration.
Clarity
These restrictions come from exchange policy, not TTG. Once your Level 3 term ends, we cannot renew it even upon request. We communicated renewal options before this notice.

- Some members currently expire in Feb or Mar 2027. This extension carries you to Feb or Mar 2028 based on your original renewal month.
