HOW IS STR BILLED?
- Your TTG Annual Membership is separate from your STR Annual Add-On. After you purchase your STR Annual Add-On the way billing will work for you on a go forward basis is as follows:
- Your annual TTG Membership renewal date will stay the same & your STR Annual Add-On renewal date will be separate from your Annual TTG Membership renewal, so yes there will be 2-Dates and or 2-Payments as they are 2-Separate products.
STR BILLING EXAMPLE:
- If you sign up for TTG’s STR Annual Add-On today but only have 1 month left on your annual membership then you would need to renew your annual membership when due in order to retain your STR Annual Add-On access. If you do not renew your Annual TTG Membership we will offer you a pro-rated credit of what your STR balance is to renew your annual membership and or we will give you a prorated time credit for annual membership, by offering these options you will never have expire money or wasted time when purchasing TTG’s STR Annual Add-On.
- In short, If your TTG Membership is not renewed, there are options to credit the remaining balance of the STR Annual Add-On towards the membership or provide a time or monetary credit.
